Hi, all this pictures was given to me by one of my virtual friends. I knew that he is author of all this pictures. I'm sorrying...----Urek (talk) 23:50, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Why in the metadata of more than 400 your files is written "by Hajizade"? These are your photos? I think it is better to remove them if they are not yours.--Ray Garraty (talk) 19:34, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Missing adequate evidence of permission. If you are the uploader, and are authorized to upload these files to Commons, please email COM:OTRS -FASTILY 08:54, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tagged "by Hajizade" in the metadata. Maybe the same virtual friend.

Ray Garraty (talk) 20:15, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Here I see many images of the paintings, engravings and carpets from the Art Museum of Azerbaijan. I think they must be kept under the "PD-Art" and "PD-old-100" license like photographic reproduction of an original two-dimensional work of art. --Interfase (talk) 03:56, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is not the type of license. It is suspected that these photos do not belong to him.--Ray Garraty (talk) 05:21, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
All those pictures were shot by myself. Nobody gave me them, this is my own work. ----Urek (talk) 10:49, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The metadata of your photos contain the following information: Camera model - Canon EOS 500D; Author - by Hajizade. I also found that the metadata of images User:Gulustan contain identical information:Camera model - Canon EOS 500D; Author - by Hajizade. For example File:Qiz QalasiBaki01.JPG. How can you explain this?--Ray Garraty (talk) 06:04, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
User:Gulustan and me have known each other and we work together. We use the same camera to make photos. That's why the photos uploaded by us were taken with the same camera. I hope i could explain it to you, so that it's clear for you. Regards --Urek (talk) 15:57, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I know this user, he's my workmate and sometimes uses my camera to take pictures, with my consent. -- Gulustan 13:09, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. I belive that Urek Meniashvili is the author of these photos. He just use another camera. It's normal. User Gulustan whom this camera is belonged also confirmed that. --Interfase (talk) 16:20, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I have actually found 1022 images tagged with "by Hajizade" in the database, all uploaded by Urek and Gulustan. Is that maybe a camera setting, so this was a previous camera owner? Nikola (talk) 10:55, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

EXIF data says author is Emil Khalilov. No permission.

Yann (talk) 18:16, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I just sent a message via http://www.emilkhalilov.com/blog/contact/ asking for clarification. --Sebari (talk) 21:01, 13 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Just as an update: I got a preliminary reply a few days ago. I will send the conversation OTRS as soon as I get the final reply and update this DR. --Sebari (talk) 19:20, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

After yesterday identifying +/- 30 more files as copyvio it´s difficult to believe that these remaining files would be own work: IMHO untrusted user uploading a bunch of copyrighted material (small/inconsistent resolutions, missing exif) so these ones (per COM:PRP). See also the previous mass deletion requests above. The files were stolen from all kind of sources: Flickr/Panoramio/500px/official sites/social media/blogs/skyscrapercity etc. and in some cases they were photoshopped: cropping (removing watermarks), resizing, adjusting colors, etc. (details at user talk or below), where 75 kb of all kind of copyright notices are stored). I am nomintaing all problematic files which I found so far surfing through his upload stream, but there might be more to clear.

Show cases and living examples

just to indicate to the criminal bandwith in non-respecting copyrights, already demonstrated by this user before and below

Considering also:

Most likely grabbed somewhere from social media
PD-old-fails
CC or whatever fails
Derivated works (COM:FOP#Azerbaijan-fails (✘) / not own works, missing permissions and/or further details
Small/inconsistent resolutions, missing EXIF, most likely derivated (cropped/resized/photoshopped/etc.) & grabbed from Internet.
Mysterioulsy watermarked (small/inconsistent resolutions, missing EXIF)
Different digicams and/or authors
Photo manipulation & grabbed from Internet
The "+994557945054" case

Delete, user has a history of uploading photos without permission and lying about it. In my opinion, we can not trust any uploaded files by that user. --Sebari (talk) 16:19, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Com:PCP Probably all uploads not own work. Too many warnings ignored. Account blocked. --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 03:19, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
