Some of the pictures were released under a free license by Legoland Billund Resort themselve. The originals has been removed but this archived source for File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 06.jpg may serve as an example. The license is Creative Commons navngivelse (Creative Commons Naming) which allow other to use, copy, distribute and change the picture as long as they credits the source.
This affects the pictures File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 01.jpg, File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 05.jpg, File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 06.jpg, File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 07.jpg, File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 08.jpg, File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 09.jpg, File:Halloween i Miniland 01.jpg, File:Halloween i Miniland 02.jpg, File:Halloween i Miniland 03.jpg, File:Halloween Miniland.jpg, File:Legoland Mount Rushmore.jpg and File:Legoland Sitting Bull.jpg. --Dannebrog Spy (talk) 12:00, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have also seen these images and tried to be careful not to propose them for deletion. Even if the licensing is not clear, I think it makes sense to look at these images in a different context. Lukas Beck (talk) 16:48, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Dannebrog Spy: What's your basis for claiming the copyright owner released those photos under a CC BY license? The source you cite above is mynewsdesk.com, a third-party website whose copyright clearance practices are unknown. Xover (talk) 07:37, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete all per nom. If evidence is found that any of them were released by the copyright owner(s) under a compatible license those individual files can be kept. That is not the case as of the time of this !vote. Note that for many of these photos there will be two individual copyrights to assess: the copyright in the figurines and other physical design elements, and the copyright of the photographer that took the picture. FOP can only apply to the first type of copyright, and only if the photographer is known to be the owner of the first kind of copyright can the two be treated as one. --Xover (talk) 07:46, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
