The tower was completed in 1971. There is no freedom of panorama in South Africa, permission from the architect is needed.

Deleted: per nomination and per COM:FOP South Africa, which says no FOP for artistic works. In my opinion this tower has artistic elements, for instance the curved shape from bottom to the top. --Ellywa (talk) 23:12, 9 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
