In most countries, all paintings, sculpture, architecture, text, and other creative works have copyrights which last for 70 years after the death of the creator. An image of a work that is still under copyright is a derivative work, and infringes on the copyright so that we cannot usually keep the image on Commons. In some countries, there is a special exception to the copyright law which allows such images under certain circumstances. We call that exception freedom of panorama (FOP). Unfortunately there is no applicable FOP exception in Georgia. These images all infringe on the copyrights belonging to the architects and sculptors of the works pictured and cannot be kept on Commons without free licenses from them.

•  Keep this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this and this. Georgian alphabet tower is not the main object in those pictures and they do not have firm focus on the tower so we must keep them as most of these towers are just part of Batumi skyline. The rest that I haven't mentioned in my post we can delete them as they indeed have tower as the main object of the picture. Jaqeli 15:30, 23 May 2015 (UTC)

You miss the point -- it is not just the alphabet tower -- virtually everything in the images -- most of the buildings and other works -- have copyrights which these images infringe.
