- Comment -- FYI, I hope you realize there is a lot of artwork at subway stations which has been posted in the commons. I try to keep capturing that artwork to a minimum, and never claim any credit for the work itself. ----DanTD (talk) 15:09, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
- I also found a lot but I work on randomly created categories in "Category:People to be categorised by profession" and I noticed that one of them contains works of art from the United States ديفيد عادل وهبة خليل 2 (talk) 15:18, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
- Drat; someone told me the Metropolitan Transportation Agency, owner of these stations, had purchased the copyright of works they commissioned in the 21st century and freely licensed them. Now, my quick web search fails to find any evidence that this is true. If it is not true, it suggests that the De minimus rule is the main defense of this class of photos. Drat. - Do you know what bothers me about this more? I've taken pictures of stations where I thought I was only including lighting or fences and it turns out to be abstract art. We now have to worry about some of those things being deleted. ----DanTD (talk) 12:08, 15 November 2019 (UTC)

- Keep File:08 Nereid Avenue; IRT White Plains Road.jpg: I don't think there's anything above COM:TOO here. --bjh21 (talk) 18:13, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
