There is no freedom of panorama for murals in the United States. Based these murals were all painted on or after 1978 and are still copyrighted works per Commons:Public art and copyrights in the US. See below for verification of dates for each mural.

  •  Keep File:Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (8482587541).jpg as the mural is very small and it is used in an article unrelated to the mural; it is impossible to get the entire right facade of S.W. Randall without also including the mural (COM:DM #4).  Neutral on File:WienerWorldPittsburgh.jpg; probably best to crop it down so that it is primarily depicting Wiener World.  Delete the rest. -- King of ♥ 03:15, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • It's a bit hard to tell from the Commons photo, but I don't think the mural is on the right facade of S.W. Randall. I believe that there's another store located in between Wiener World and S.W. Randall based on this photo of the S.W. Randall storefront. Maybe the thing to do with that photo would to simply blur out the mural. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:59, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
      • Indeed, it's not. But there's no effective angle to capture the S.W. Randall right facade without including the mural; if you stand facing Villa Reale (the building with the mural), the S.W. Randall running down the right side will be at such an angle that it can hardly be read. I don't see the need for blurring out anything when we don't blur out the Louvre Pyramid for pictures of the courtyard. If it is DM, then no blurring is necessary. Blurring/cropping is only for cases where the copyrighted work is not DM and the image is nonetheless useful for some purpose besides depicting the copyrighted work. -- King of ♥ 23:14, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
        • Fair point about the bluring. It seems then that particular file should be kept regardless. If it's a case of DM, then it can be kept as is; if it's not, then it can still probably be kept with the mural blurred out. The only reason for deleting it would be if it were out of scope or if the photo was a copyvio, and neither of those things seem applicable here. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:44, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
