Keep The list seems haphazard and the DR should be withdrawn. Files like File:Clifton, oriental graffiti - geograph.org.uk - 854329.jpg are by definition copyright ineligible as they are text only. --Fæ (talk) 09:40, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

- File:A Better World Is Possible (in Bristol) (49966616121).jpg: Below COM:TOO; a simple statement of fact
- File:Bristol indymedia.jpg: Below COM:TOO; just a URL and a trivial slogan
- File:Bristol MMB W8 Cumberland Basin.jpg: COM:DM; the works are a small part of the scene and each one is only shown in part
- File:Bristol MMB X1 Ashton Avenue Bridge.jpg: Below COM:TOO; trivial tags
- File:Bristol MMB X2 Ashton Avenue Bridge.jpg: Trivial tags below COM:TOO and each one is COM:DM
- File:Bristol MMB X8 Cumberland Basin.jpg: Trivial text below COM:TOO
- File:Bristol MMB «98 Narroways Junction.jpg: COM:DM; the graffiti are at an awkward angle and not the main subject
- File:Bristol MMB «A4 Narroways Junction.jpg: COM:DM; the graffiti are a tiny part of a broad scene
- File:Bristol UK graffiti art3.jpg: I think the face is a sculpture and the mosaic is a work of artistic craftsmanship, so COM:FOP applies to both. The rest is below COM:TOO.
- File:Bristol UK graffiti art4.jpg: This looks like a sculpture to me, so COM:FOP applies
- File:Bristol UK graffiti art6.jpg: This looks like a mosaic, which is a kind of artistic craftsmanship, so COM:FOP applies
- File:Clifton, oriental graffiti - geograph.org.uk - 854329.jpg: I think this is below COM:TOO unless the text is enough to be original (I can't read it)
- File:Hashtag climateaction (47971590826).jpg: A hashtag and a Twitter username do not COM:TOO reach

Keep the graffiti, delete the murals - In almost all of these the graffiti is incidental to the subject. Furthermore, per Commons:Copyright_rules_by_subject_matter#Graffiti graffiti is acceptable as proof of authorship of the art is problematic, and, some believe, the artist would have difficulty enforcing their copyright since that would require a court to uphold the validity of an illegal act as the basis for damages or other relief against a third party. @Mattbuck: Banksy graffiti? My attempt to restore two still-deleted images of Banksy graffiti (see Commons:Undeletion requests/Archive/2021-01#File:Banksy Rat with baseball bat Kentish Town 2005-cropped.jpg and Commons:Undeletion requests/Archive/2021-01#File:Banksy-rat-result-part.jpg) failed, as Thuresson pointed out that nothing on Wiki's policy states that file can only be requested for deletion once. And it seems Banksy seems to claim some IP rights lately from 2019 (unsure if copyright-related or not): [1] and [2]. Not sure if the nominated images here include Banksy works.
