The arch was completed in 1936 by Petre Antonescu (1873–1965), there is no freedom of panorama in Romania. The copyright terms of the country lasted for 70 years, thus they can be undeleted in 2036.

Keep and tag as kept all the files that have been involved in previous discussions and kept. No new arguments for deletion have been brought and their status has been previously discussed several times, resulting in them being kept. Starting another discussion with no new arguments is a waste of everyone's time. The files in this situation include:

Keep File:Drapel Arcul de Triumf.jpg pe de minimis as the arch is barely visible.

Delete the remaining files on this batch per nomination. Strainu (talk) 15:17, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Comment IMO the above files that kept previously fails de minimis. It deserves another discussion. --A1Cafel (talk) 02:20, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Those were kept because the Romanian law, based on which you made the nomination, mentions that the copyrighted object must be the "main subject" of the picture, regardless of relative size and other considerations. As described then, File:1976 Street in Bucuresti, Romania.jpg contains all the main landmarks on Bulevardul Kisseleff, File:Arcul de Triumf-Bucuresti.jpg, File:Protest against corruption - Bucharest 2017 - Arcul de Triumf - 3.jpg, File:Protest against corruption - Bucharest 2017 - Arcul de Triumf.jpg and File:Nicolae Ionescu - Pretzel vendors in uniform in front of the Triumph Arch.jpg have the protests as the main subject.--Strainu (talk) 08:44, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
