- @A1Cafel. Here: https://news.err.ee/1608889583/energy-equipment-from-estonia-reaches-ukraine is an Estonian energy news website that credits "Martin Latt/Estonian Foreign Ministry" He is obviously working for the Estonian Foreign Ministry.
Also, the article points to the Estonian government's involvement in this quotation, "In the last months, Estonia focused on providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, as well as military and political support, to assist Ukraine in dealing with attacks on its energy infrastructure. Generators for public spaces, electrical components, battery banks and voltage stabilizers have arrived in Ukraine thanks to collaboration between companies and several ministries. The transport for both shipments was organized and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs."
- These "critical" electrical equipment parts were delivered by the Estonian government into the Ukraine during war. These equipment parts are crucial for Ukrainian national defense.
- Only a photographer granted official Ukrainian government permission could take photographs of this militarily important electrical infrastructure within Ukrainian territory. A quote from the article above states, "The transport for both shipments was organized and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs." -- Ooligan (talk) 05:33, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
- https://ee.linkedin.com/in/martinlätt His website states he is a "Freelance Photographer" which is consistant with his contract work for the Government of Estonia with his open access to an electric infrastucture area under active Ukrainian military security during a war. - CC license is OK ,
although there is no freedom of panoroma in ukraine Commons:Freedom_of_panorama/Europe#Ukraine and Commons:Freedom_of_panorama/Europe#Estonia . SO, Delete.----modern_primat ඞඞඞ TALK 05:23, 24 June 2023 (UTC) - Keep - OK on both counts. Pictures taken on commission basis, not own freelance basis, so can be licensed as stated. There was a consensus that utilitarian structures are not covered by FOP restrictions as there is no architectural distinctiveness - this electrical equipment is purely functional. See final paragraph of the FOP - Ukraine link stated above. Thanks. FotoFree (talk) 06:40, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
- actually you are right. Keep. ----modern_primat ඞඞඞ TALK 07:42, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
