Out of scope, unused. Apparently part of a personal crusade by RAN to create items on Wikidata and upload files on Commons related to their "apparently" (disputed though) long deceased relatives. Bedivere (talk) 17:17, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- Keep As uploader, there is no valid reason for deletion. The death certificate is a reference for the death date for this author. This is part of a harassment/punishment campaign over this edit. Bedivere has nominated every image uploaded as harassment/punishment for opposing a single edit. This is frightening behavior from someone with admin rights, punitive audits should not be allowed. President Richard Nixon used punitive IRS audits on his enemies, which was part of his articles of impeachment to remove him from office. - Aside from Commons and Wikidata, there is nothing in any Wikimedia project using anything to do with William Francis Norton. This individual is not notable to either project on its own, thus fails scope. Consigned (talk) 16:01, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

Kept: no valid reason for deletion. I believe all old documents are potential in scope, especially if they are not easily available elsewhere. There is no lower limit of notability for the author or the subject for old documents to be hosted on Commons. --Yann (talk) 19:32, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
