  •  Comment: I tagged these files with {{Npd}} because they like many other files uploaded by this user have questionable claims of "own work". It seems that everytime a file is tagged for one reason or another, the uploader simply uploads another one to take its place without even commenting or attempting to provide verification that they are uploading their "own work". If the uploader did take all of these photos and is willing to release them under a free-license that Commons accepts, then they can basically say as much in a single email to VRT which then can be applied to all of their current and future uploads. Just from looking at the uploader's user talk page, it appears that others have also been expressing concern over their uploads and yet no attempt seems to have been made to resolve any of these issues. Some like File:Nye Borgerliges Ungdom.png actually seem to have been resolved. So, what is needed should be clear enough to the uploader. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:20, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Marchjuly: Right, not disputing any of that - it's just that when an image has crops/derivatives and gets deleted, but later gets restored, this helps ensure that we don't forget anything. -- King of ♥ 17:05, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

--Marginataen (talk) 12:09, 21 March 2023 (UTC) Hello. It apologise for the files I have uploaded when I haven't been the creator. That dosen't change that I indeed am the creator of this image.--Marginataen (talk) 12:09, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Marginataen: Can you please upload a version with EXIF from the camera you used to take the photo? This will help provide evidence that you are the photographer. Just navigate to File:Nye Borgerlige, FT-gruppe 2022.jpg and click "Upload a new version of this file" at the bottom of the "File history" section. -- King of ♥ 16:17, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I am no longer in possession of such, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm the author. I'm not quite sure about the reason for this deletion request. It is because someone else has claimed the ownership or because I have damaged my credibility by in the past having uploaded images not actually belonging to me? Something I deeply regret.--Marginataen (talk) 19:33, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. 10 days have passed without a response. It would be nice for me to know wether your gonna delete my image or not?

  •  Keep I know I'm incompetent to have an opinion. This is just to make the discussion move--Marginataen (talk) 17:53, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There is no reason you cannot have an opinion. If you are the photographer and rights owner, I see no reason not to keep the file. However, it would be good to have some evidence. As the group posed for you, I assume you have some relation to them, or had a special role at the event. You might not want to tell about it publicly, but you could email COM:VRT and explain it confidentially. I think you could convince them by telling the details (perhaps including why you don't have access to the EXIF any more). –LPfi (talk) 20:20, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Two months have passed with no one wanting to delete my file. So?--Marginataen (talk) 21:45, 14 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: as per KoH. --Yann (talk) 14:07, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
