This image has no official source or any historic use to my knowledge. I searched and found a most probable source: https://www.alternatehistory.com/forum/threads/i-request-chinese-province-level-divions-flags.115412/ which is an "alternative" history post that someone draws an imaginary flag in 2009. I suggest that we shall not use this flag to represent the city of Beijing. Xplorld (talk) 22:51, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as a copyright violation. It was posted to alternatehistory.com by Lord Grattan, who implied it was their own work, but didn't indicate that they released it under a free licence. Azure Dragon of the East claimed it as their own work at upload and purported to licence it under CC BY-SA 3.0. If Lord Grattan is Azure Dragon of the East then we need some evidence of that, probably a post on alternatehistory.com linking them (or simply licensing the flag). --bjh21 (talk) 18:35, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
