No source. As far as I can tell, this was uploaded to English Wikipedia in 2003. It was then uploaded to German Wikipedia in 2004, with its source listed as English Wikipedia. It was deleted from English Wikipedia in June 2007 because it had no indication of where it was from or how old it was, but it was never deleted from de.wiki. It was then uploaded here from de.wiki by a bot. Though the subject is 17th-century it looks like it could easily be a twentieth-century drawing. Chick Bowen (talk) 04:36, 23 February 2013 (UTC)

- Delete Same as Asclepias : whether the actress wants it or not is irrelevant (photo taken at a public event of a public person), if the author of the photo uploaded the file without fully understanding the consequences, I'd say he has a right to regret within a week... - Geograph has answered me as follows: Ben Brooksbank has requested requested removal of this image as he has realised it is actually a flopped version of Brimscombe station http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3343136 which he has now submitted correctly located (and the right way round). - if you google "Putin Meteor" and click images, you'll get a selection of the original memes, from which lots of other memes come. Seriously, it's a guy riding a meteor, who doesn't get it, there is even the headwear, a nod to Bollywood. Plus, the scientific perspective, to study the inner workings of the public persona of Jimbo, and work out what makes him tick.

To mention the policy, which hasn't changed and isn't too likely to, although if if humour can be injected I'm all for it, but as it stands :
An otherwise non-educational file does not acquire educational purpose solely because it is in use on a user page (the "User:" namespace) of another project, but by custom the uploading of small numbers of images (e.g. of yourself) for use on a personal user page of another project is allowed.
It should be stressed that Commons does not exist to editorialise on other projects – that an image is in use on a non talk/user page is enough for it to be within scope.
Naturally it's not Dr Blofeld, so I'd suggest this image is inserted onto Jimbo's userpage immediately to give it some more scope. I don't need more coffee as I haven't had any. Penyulap ☏ 10:12, 26 February 2013 (UTC)

After today identifying around 15 uploads as copyvio (grabbed & cropped from different panoramio-/flickr-/facebook-accounts, blogs etc.) it´s difficult to believe that these remaining files (mostly related to a Colombian football club) would be own work: IMHO untrusted user uploading a bunch of copyrighted material (small/inconsistent resolutions, missing exif) so these ones (per COM:PRP) can't be believed either. Historical photos may be in public domain but relevant info must be provided.

- My point is, that blue color of the naval jack of Australia is exactly the same as of naval ensign of Australia. Blue color of the National flag of Australia is different, lighter, and I am 100% sure, that it will stay this way in Wikipedia. Therefore, for all articles about the Navy and the Naval colors, all the flags must have same color pattern, as it is in reality, according to the Naval regulations on flags. - There is a problem iwth the Australian flag colours. However, uploading a separate file for the Jack isn't really gonna fix that. The colours of the Australian flags should all match the colours of the Union Flag of the United Kingdom. However, for some reason they aren't. The uploader configured some uploads with a CC-license which in fact didn´t exist. Example: File:Show Heavy Metal Curuzu 1982.jpg, configured with {{Cc-by-2.0}} --> in fact globo.com = © Copyright 2012 Globo Comunicação e Participações S.A. These 2 files are similar. Considering that the user knows the difference between "self" and "not-self" (see File:Estadio Curuzu 2013.jpg), unclear copyright status: small/inconsistent resolutions, missing EXIF, unlikely to be own work.

The Spanish copyright law is very restrictive. Not even contemplated the concept of threshold of originality or the only text logo. The combination of colours can be copyrighted under this law. Cameta (talk) 19:42, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
