- I am going to do a non 'crat close on this one. I do not see that this request is achieving anything for the community or the user. Strong oppose User has been blocked multiple times for vandalism and copyright violations on his talk page. These types can't be suitable for adminship. Also, on his talk page, there is a lot of copyright notices, block messages and vanadlism warnings. You also didn't state a reason why you want to become an admin but you just want the tools what User:Rillke is saying after your rejected requests in the past 6 months. --Katarighe (Talk) 12:47, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
Oppose Just nominated a few of his uploads for deletion.
