Greetings, all. I'm putting myself forward for adminship. I have been an admin on en since June 2008, where I have occasionally been controversial. However, I don't forsee being active in controversial areas here. The proximate cause of nominating myself here is a set of music files from Naxos. About a month ago I called attention to them here, and they were all tagged for deletion in 7 days -- but it's been over a month. - Oppose I'm very reluctant to oppose a volunteer for Admin since we badly need the help, but Sarek as fewer than 500 edits on Commons, of which 4/5 were files. As Multichill says, he should spend some time commenting on Deletion Requests and other aspects of an Admin's job and then come back in a few months. Jim . . . .
