It's my pleasure to be nominating Otourly. He is a dedicated editor, with an amazing edit count of over 5091 edits (including deleted contributions). Mainly his work would involve to delete copyright violations, out of scope pages, and files from Special:NewFiles in accordance with our policies, but with common sense. I'm presenting the community a clued user, who has done nothing else than to help us, as an editor. With the tools he would be able to help our project even more, and reduce our backlogs. Otourly is a regular contributor to deletion requests, who knows his way around there and here on this project. As an administrator he would be good addition, and I have been given the honour to present him with a nomination statement, which I'm proud to give. It is my personal opinion that Otourly would be a net positive as an administrator if he is to be elected. That said, he is familiar with the Italian language (it-1), same with English (en-2), and finally, his mother language French. I ask you to support a good candidate.
