I would like to present Eleassar as our next candidate for adminship. With more than 200k edits he is one of our most active editors. He has been an admin before and left in good standing because of inactivity back in 2010 but he has been back for some years and he remained highly active ever since. Since his earliest contributions are from 2005 we can safely call him one of our most veteran editors. Eleassar is already a license reviewer and his name often pops up when I am closing DR’s. Plus he is also an administrator at the English Wikipedia. I always find that his DR’s are clearly motivated and correct. He participates mostly in Slovenian copyright law related DR’s.

He is a native speaker of Slovenian and we currently have one admin who masters that language at a native level. However, this admin seems to be inactive so I hope that Eleassar can fill up the gap. Besides Slovenian he has an advanced knowledge of English and an intermediate knowledge of German and French.

I am sure that he will be a great asset to the admin team so let’s give him the mod back. There are plenty of backlogs that need to be cleaned out.

Comment: Thanks to Natuur12 for a great presentation and the trust. If this nomination passes, I promise to do my best to foster collaboration between Commons and Slovene Wikimedians. Although we had a tense relation in the past due to the removal of unfree files, it has much improved in the recent months, and I'm absolutely ready to help Slovene community in any regard needed. Because I've got well acquainted with the copyright law in the past years and know several languages, I plan to use the administrator's tools particularly to help replace the deleted files in other projects, in accordance with their copyright policies and the consensus of the community, as well as to clean the DRs and other backlogs. --Eleassar (t/p) 20:29, 26 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I guess this is a question for me. "Cascading protection fully protects a page, and extends that full protection automatically to any page that is transcluded onto the protected page, whether directly or indirectly. This includes templates, images and other media." (per en:Wikipedia:Protection policy). --Eleassar (t/p) 19:31, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
