• Piom (talk · contribs) I have been informed about policy on September 07, 2007 here (even when working on Commons I do not check my commons' talk page, as I said on my commons user page), I will need administrative tools during December this year. Now I have returned from my vacations and there's a lot of leeway to make up in real world.
