Overview​

The OsmAnd Map Portal is a browser-based service provided by OsmAnd, allowing users to explore maps, manage their data, plan and create trips, or simply browse the map.

How to Start​

To access OsmAnd Web features, you need an account:

  • If you already have an OsmAnd Pro subscription or want to create a free OsmAnd Start account, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the OsmAnd Map Portal.
    2. Open the Account menu.
      • Log in: Enter the email address used for your Pro or Start subscription.
      • Create account: Use this option to register for a free OsmAnd Start account.

Web Account

Managing Account​

To manage your account, go to:
General Menu → Account

After registering on the web, you can:

  • View account information
  • Download cloud backups
  • Log out of your account
  • Delete your account
  • Change your email address
  • See your payments and purchases

Web Account

My Data​

You can download backups that were created and synced from your mobile device via OsmAnd Cloud.

  • Go to General Menu → Account → My data (OsmAnd Cloud) → Download all.

This section displays:

  • The number of files stored in your cloud
  • Total storage volume used
  • Available cloud storage space

💡 Only backups created on devices where OsmAnd Cloud is enabled will appear here.

Payments and Purchases​

  • Go to General Menu → Account → Payments and Purchases.

In this section, you can view all purchases and subscriptions linked to your account.

Change Email Address​

To update your email address:

  1. Go to General Menu → Account → Email → ⋮ → Change email.
  2. Enter your new email address and confirm.

🔒 A verification email will be sent to the new address before the change is finalized.

Log Out and Delete Account​

To log out of your OsmAnd Web account:

  • Open General Menu → Account.
  • Click Log out button to end your current session.

To permanently delete your account:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Account menu.
  • Click Delete account button.
  • Confirm the deletion. This action is irreversible.

OsmAnd Pro and OsmAnd Start Sync​

The cross-platform capability allows you to use OsmAnd Pro on all platforms (Android ← → iOS → Web). To do this you need to:

  1. Subscribe to OsmAnd Pro. Read more about how to do this for Android here, and for iOS here.
  2. How to create OsmAnd Start account read more here.
  3. Register your Pro or Start account on the OsmAnd server inside OsmAnd app.
  4. The registered email will be your login to activate OsmAnd Pro on the web platform. At first, time needed to choose a password for future entering the web portal (please, use the instruction on the web portal).
