File:30-class10andclass12.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Copyright of images you have uploaded on Commons
[edit]I'm am severely worried that you are either seriously misunderstanding copyright or have a cavalier attitude towards it. Your responses made me go and have a look at your contributions list specifically the list of images you have uploaded at Commons under your previous account Tekxtinct. Virtually every single one I can find elsewhere on the internet yet you say you own every image because you have tagged them as your own work. Some like http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Scout_-_SJV.jpg might be your work but the fact that I can find it on what is presumably your college website without any indication of who took the photo is a bit worrying.
Others like http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WBCHSE_Office_building.jpg I can find copyrighted at http://www.panoramio.com/photo/3252371 so unless you are panoramio user seaview99 you do not own the copyright on this image. Seaview99 has not released the rights on the image and therefore you cannot upload it to Commons claiming it as your own.
Same with http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_temple_of_goddess_Kamakhya_near_Reotipur.jpg it's identical to http://www.panoramio.com/photo/30348649. Are you also panoramio user akhand gahmari? Although this picture does have a creative commons licence it is not one that is acceptable to Wikimedia because it stipulates no-derivative works
Getting to the point. The images you have claimed as you own, did you take any of the photos? If so which ones?
Any that aren't yours I suggest you ask for them to be deleted as uploaded in error or you change the licence to a valid one (if there is one). You're new to Wikipedia and Commons so giving you the benefit of the doubt it might be put down as a lack on understanding what copyright means. I'll repeat the advice you were given at Commons:Undeletion requests "Photos uploaded to Wikimedia Commons must have its copyright licensed in a very liberal manner. In order to do that, you need to actually be the copyright owner, which is usually the photographer. We cannot simply take images off the internet; we must actually go and take photos ourselves, and then license the resulting photograph so that anyone can copy and use it."
If you don't act fairly fast on this I'll have to ask for the images to be deleted.
I'm also posting this on your talk page at commons. If you want to reply here you can do as I have this page on my watch list. NtheP (talk) 13:18, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
- If only what you or the editors think is ought to happen, then please feel free to remove the content added by me. I have nothing more to say. I may sound rude, but that is just a language problem and not behavioral. Tekxtinct (talk) 07:36, 28 April 2012 (UTC)

- Sir, I have told the same thing many times. I may have uploaded some of the pictures with unsuitable license, However it seems that you just went on deleting everything you can find on internet. The pictures uploaded here at Tulip Garden article were uploaded from the source where it clearly mentioned that it is shared with everyone on internet. I hope that then you deleted it because there is should have mentioned like, I the owner of this picture release and all that. Kindly tell. Also the logos can be uploaded I think, but then even they were deleted. It might not take something from, but it really does something for me. Tekxtinct (talk) 07:23, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
- I have nothing more left to say. If you find the content uploaded as unsuitable, then please go ahead and delete it. It's your power, right and duty to do so. Thanks Tekxtinct (talk) 07:38, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
