Thank you for your contributions. Your image or other content, User:RheingoldPC, was recently deleted, or will soon be deleted, in accordance with our process and policies, because it was not, or is not, within our scope. Please review our project scope, but in short, Commons is targeted at educational media files including photographs, diagrams, animations, music, spoken text and video clips. The expression “educational” is to be understood according to its broad meaning of “providing knowledge; instructional or informative”. Wikimedia Commons does not contain text articles like encyclopedia articles, textbooks, news, word definitions and such. Each of these other kinds of content have their own projects: Wikipedia, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikinews, Wiktionary and Wikiquote. If the content seems to fit the scope of one of those other projects, please consider contributing it there. Otherwise, consider an alternative outlet. If you think that the deletion was in error because the contribution really was in scope, you can appeal it at Commons:Undeletion requests, giving a reason why it fits our scope to help others evaluate the matter. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello! I noticed that you tried to create a Wikipedia article on Commons. Please note that Commons is not Wikipedia, and does not host encyclopedia content - Commons only hosts media (photographs, videos, etc).

To create a Wikipedia article, please go to Wikipedia's article wizard. You might also find Wikipedia's new contributors' help page useful.

If you have any questions about contributing media to Commons, please see Commons' Help Index, and if necessary ask for help at Commons:Upload help. Thanks.

Again, Wikimedia Commons is not a place to create articles. Please use Wikipedia. Masum Reza📞 22:15, 7 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't post messages that are not relevant to Wikimedia Commons. The site does not host articles, only media files such as images, video and audio. Neither should the site be used for chatting, promotion, personal webpages or other such things. For more detail, see Commons:Project scope. Thank you.

This is your last warning! If you continue this way your account will be blocked. Article pages belong to Wikipedia where you created en:Draft:Lucille Webster Holling which looks good. No need to copy it here repeatedly. --Achim (talk) 20:27, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
