You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

And now also File:T3 RESOURCE 4 INFOGRAPHICS ac27e6c122a6a3d42cc6f27d39adfeb6.pdf. You were previously blocked for uploading out-of-scope files just a few weeks ago, and you've returned to doing the exact same thing. I've blocked you from editing the File namespace for a month now to prevent you from uploading any more potentially out-of-scope files. If you can make a convincing argument based on Commons policies and guidelines at the DR above about why the files should be kept, I'll gladly unblock you sooner. If, however, you can not convince others that the files are in scope and you continue to upload similar files, you will be indefinitely blocked from editing Wikimedia Commons. If you feel that this block is unjustified, you may appeal it to another administrator by following the instructions here.
