If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. FONTOS!

--Rodrigo 22:11, 26 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

--Rodrigo 22:23, 26 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Nem bonyolult, csak még pár perce csinálod :-D

Bárcsak a weblapkészítést ennyi idő alatt lehetne megtanulni!

Ezt a feliratozási sablont javaslom. ezt elég átmásolni, a színész nevét átjavítani:

Uma Thurman in Cannes in 2002. My own picture.

Activities

[edit]

Itt olvashatod, hogy milyen közreműködéseid voltak a commosban, gondozhatod/korrigálhatod a képek szövegét. Az elején még hiányos...

Contributions of Nikita

--Rodrigo 07:34, 27 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I assume you speak english. Thanks for uploading all these photos, it is certainly a great contribution to wikipedia. One small thing, when you add an image to a person page, you do not need to add gallery beside each photo, just add <g allery> before the first photo and </g allery> after the last (remove space between g and a) . Thanks! Arniep

Korrigálás

[edit]

Ellenőrizd kérlek, szerintem a továbbiakban ez helyes kép aláírás

A Linceszt nézd meg miként van!

Francis Ford Coppola szerintem jó, a hibásat törlésre javasoltam.

Thanks for the Cannes photo!

Thanks for your photos from the Cannes festival. This is especially important since it's generally close to impossible to get good photographs of actors, actresses, and other people who generally walk with security guards all around. David.Monniaux 07:44, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Rita! I was editing the text of a page that contains one of your photos, and I decided to fix the color adjustment on your exposure. I am pretty sure that you won't mind, but I don't want to offend you or overstep any bounds. Please let me know if this is a problem. A question

[edit]

So, are you Sebastian Kügler? --Dodo 09:05, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

 • I saw at this image's description that you are the author and publish it under a CC-BY-2.5 license
 • But I also saw that "license as most photos on http://vizZzion.org", and there we can read "© Sebastian Kügler" and the photos have a CC-NC-ND-1.0 license...
Could you please explain? Thanks. --Dodo 14:57, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was a slight mistake to copy the description from the English page letter-by-letter, now I corrected it to read "Photo was made by Sebastian Kügler". By the way, the photo was uploaded by the author to the enwiki, and he is free to re-licence it anytime he wishes, so by all means it's Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 now. I will mail Sebastian, though. Syp 09:32, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, but you're wrong: Commons licenses are non-revocable. Please take a look at Flickr-change-of-license. Regards. --Dodo 10:46, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry I was unclear. Of course he can't revoke the licence, but as the original author he will always be free to issue additional, less restrictive licences. Syp 11:13, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Of course! --Dodo 18:51, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He replied: "I am fine with whatever license wikipedia prefers for it, if in doubt, please assign the less restrictive one to it." I have the message signed with his GPG key, I can upload it somewhere if needed. Syp 10:14, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,

I give you, Wroclaw University Press, the permission to use my photo of Scorsese available at http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grafika:MartinScorsese(cannes).jpg in Slawomir Bobowski's thesis, given that source (my name) is indicated. In fact, you already can use the photo on these terms, as it is under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 licence. Good luck to your publication.

Great stuff! Not just what you took, but the quality.

I notice that some of your images have been deleted for lack of clear attribution. I imagine they were also your own photos. You might want to re-upload and be clearer about them being your own. I notice that whenever any of us take pictures of anyone famous people somehow doubt that we could possibly move in circles to take those pictures ourselves. I'm not in your league for what I've contributed by way of pictures of people, though, mostly music critics and academics. - en:Jmabel | talk 18:28, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pay attention to copyright
File:Cold WarMix.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Your Polanski Cannes Photo

[edit]

I was wondering, as it has been the subject of some small debate, if you can tell me what happened to Mr. Polanski directly before the photo that you took which is on his page. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Roman_Polanski.jpg) It appears that he has spilled his drink in his lap, although other editors think that this is just a shadow. Your input would be appreciated. Thanks for uploading File:JoeEszrehas.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the No permission since tag with on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded (:File:JoeEszrehas.jpg) and the above demanded information in your request.

File:Leo_Scor_Diaz(GangsofNY)-.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Eli Wiesel US Congress.jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. The file probably has been deleted. If you've got all required information, request undeletion providing this information and the link to the concerned file (:File:Eli Wiesel US Congress.jpg).

If you created the content yourself, enter Own as the source. If you did not add a licensing template, you must add one. You may use, for example, GFDL or Cc-zero to release certain rights to your work.

If someone else created the content, or if it is based on someone else's work, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Please add the required information for this and other files you have uploaded before adding more files. If you need assistance, please ask at the help desk. Thank you!
