File:CCB Centre for Sporting Excellence official open day.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Image problems
[edit]Please stop uploading images for which you fail to add the appropriate needed details, or whose details you don't have. We take copyright status and sourcing very seriously and the images you uploaded don't have sufficient information. They have been nominated for deletion because they are clearly copyright images and we cannot keep them here. If you did not take the photos yourself and they are copyright to someone else, or you found them on a website, please don't upload them unless you have permission of the copyright holder. We also need to know the source website or publication so we can check any copyright tag you add to an image. You may find it useful to read my en wiki image copyright information page. Good luck. - I have approval to use them from the source, Caerphilly County Borough Council, as I work within the council myself. They asked me to just make sure that all photos were tagged with "pictures and video courtesy of Caerphilly County Borough Council all rights reserved" on them, which I couldnt do. Please advise what I need to do in order to put the photos back up. Many Thanks 212.219.240.74 06:58, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
- If the copyright holder, apparently your employer, is prepared to release the images under a free licence, a person with the authority to do so, should verify the organisation's permission by following the procedure found at the OTRS Team's webpage who will deal with your request. However, we do not accept "all rights reserved" images, so if that is their policy we will not be able to use them. Make sure they mention the name of the images that were uploaded so they can be restored with a valid OTRS ticket. Thanks Ww2censor (talk) 10:10, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
