Where do your pictures come from?
[edit]Hello Lisa,
Thank you for uploading the pictures. Can you please specify where they come from (which museum)?
For instance, this one: File:1X2A7997 s.jpg.
Also, it would be nice to name them properly.
Thank you, --Daehan (talk) 10:15, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hi!
- They come from a gallery in Ghent, I have permission of the photographer and owner of the works to use these images.
- I will name them properly! Lisa E. Sch. (talk) 10:20, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- Goedemiddag,
- I already asked for them to be renamed, think about it for the next ones ;)
- Can you specify which gallery, please?
- Also, please specify who is the artist: this is basic information ;)
- Have a look on the modification I've made and try to consider them for the next pictures; if you feel you can't, don't hesitate to ask for help.
- Thank you, Daehan (talk) 11:43, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you! Will def. do that!
- They come from the Jan Muller Gallery. Lisa E. Sch. (talk) 11:48, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hi again,
- How do I make the specification of the painter look like the ones that have been done? Example Roestraeten or Stalbemt are placed in this neat frame, when I use the same format it stays in red (e.g. creator:Jacob Adriaensz Bellevois). Or is that something I simply can't do yet?
- Thanks! Lisa E. Sch. (talk) 12:05, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
Succes ermee. Groet Peli (talk) 00:05, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
Pay attention to licensing

Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content: images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose.
File:1X2A9806.jpg seems to be free (or it would be proposed for deletion), but it was identified as having a wrong license. Usually, it is because a public domain image is tagged with a free license, or because the stated source or other information is not sufficient to prove the selected tag is correct. Please verify that you applied the correct license tag for this file. If you believe this file has the correct license, please explain why on the file discussion page.
