Storck nests organisation (Categories? Description?)
[edit]Hi Kietlak, friend of ciconia ciconia. Please help us (and to improve the possibilities to use your photos) and add a description (location/name of the village) to your photos. And add them to a Category:Ciconia ciconia nests in Poland for example (= photo-box). But if you look behind that link, you will see, this category is too huge: Are you able to structure that category? Subcategories would be nice, like Category:Ciconia ciconia nests in Poland 2014-07-18 (if there are more than 10 fotos taken on that day), or for one and the same location like Category:Ciconia ciconia nests in Pentowo - European stork village (so it is possible to compare the nests by year) or that manymany categories you can find by the "Search" above, if you type "Category:Ciconia ciconia nests in " ... begin with "nests in a..." go on by "...in b..." and so on. If you add a special day to the category, it is possible to add it to Categories like Category:Photographs taken on 2014-07-18 and Category:July 2014 in Poland for example.
Maybe Later: For a presentation of the best photos (and to organize all that country-subcategories) you can create a
gallery-page Ciconia ciconia nests,
where you describe the photos and put links to the photos like in that ones in the example here:
Then include a link in Ciconia ciconia and shorten there a little bit.
To learn the creation of such a page, open this talk-page (and a gallery-page like Ciconia ciconia) with "Edit" so you can have a look. Then "Cancel", or if you click one of the red-links above "Show preview" and at last "Save page". You are the expert! --LudwigSebastianMicheler (talk) 00:03, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
