Diannaa I obtained permission for the obituary that also contains the photo I included the obit in the page for GVR Rao I also sent a request to the editor for explicit permission for the photo

I believe there is no problem with the copyright for this photo. It is part of obituary published and the editor of the paper gave Wikimedia permission to publish it. I also included the complete obit (including the photo). Kautilya1

- Please try again. We have updated the license setting in Flickr to allow free use of the photo with attribution. Let us know if this clears up the issue or not.
