Please provide evidence to show Ishizaki Keisui's permission

Could you provide evidence to show Ishizaki Keisui's permission to allow free use of the three works below? Commons' policies might have changed in the six years since you uploaded them and I'm not sure if you still are around, but nowadays, we require explicit and verifiable permission when hosting works like these. It would be great if you can follow the procedures described at Commons:OTRS to provide the evidence. Otherwise we would have to delete them.
