Suitable License and Source of my own work: I hereby certify that before I took photo of this picture, I asked permission from the administrator of the Category:TNC Cyber Café Baliuag as I paid 15 pesos or 30 US cents per hour in Seat No. 22 where I took the Photo from Framed Photo of copy of the Category:TNC Predator player - winner; more importly this photos is a commercial Category:Advertisements in the Philippines to promote their upcoming Dota 2 games in the Philippines with P 255, 000 price scattered; hence I believe that my own photo of the copy of the photo is hereby part of my own work; at any rate I respectfully submit to the sound discretion of Commons on the matter, very sincerely Judgefloro (talk) 07:10, 29 September 2020 (UTC)

Good afternoon from hereat Bulacan, Philippines; the municipal adminstrator permitted me to take photos of the local government property; as of the latest on the law, all accessories and pricipal of government property whether barangay, municipal or provincial are Goverment property and no need even to ask permission from the head; for caution, since the interior is highly secured, in Tagalog, Nagpasintabi ako ... FOP has no application here, very very outside the scope of the prohibitions of the law; and I reiterate, that there is supposed to be a present settled Ruling or jurisprudence that ONLY one who has locus standi or the agrieved party can file in court or anywhere a complaint for infringement; anybody may, as my Ateneo Prof. E. Tan said anybody can sue anybody but will it prosper; the same here in Commons, only those with locus standi or personality granted by law, like the heirs of the architects etc. can question FOP matters; for these reasons, may I repeat, as I went 2x to the IPO office and the third in Museum of Political Law, the experts told me that taking photos for research or wisdom sharing like here in Commons Flickr etc. is not prohibited by Copyright Law; thus, my 2 letters were not even replied by them since these are triffles they told me; no case is still decided on the matter, thus and in fine - the Nominations or Mass Deletions Requests are not only utter lack of merit but may even constitute some violations of Cyber law as it is now, , sincerely Judgefloro (talk) 08:40, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

the Title of Auxiliary bishop of Manila appears in the Torrens Title of the Lot, land and all the buildings and improvements thereon, registered with the Registry of Property of Antipolo City, not in the name of Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo rancisco Mendoza de Leon but in the name of the Bishop of Antipolo under Bishop Pabillo, in the fee simple of Diocesan administrator Auxiliary bishop of Manila; iv) when thus titled, the processes or process of issuing the Decree of Parish Church or Shrine of Antipolo is thus issued and even approved by elevation to the Auxiliary Bishop of Manila, at Manila Cathedral for Imprimatur; v) the Decree permanently creates the Parish Church or Antipolo Shrine and the Solemnization Mass and Blessing of the Church follows; vi) afterwards, all properties, whether statues, crosses, relics, art, sculpture, towers, bell, and all incidents become functus officio, the properties of the Auxiliary bishop of Manila by fee simple both under Canon Law, International Law and Civil Law including the Copyright Law, 1987 Constitution and settled Jurisprudence both the Jurisprudence of Catholic canon law Philippines and International law; vii) following these points are the Rules of Statutory interpretation and the Laws on Property which include Copyright law: the maxim of Accessory follows the principal governs:: all the properties whether sculptures or additions are or become inherent properties of the Diocesan administrator Auxiliary bishop of Manila, and nothing is left to anyone; The so-called no FoP in the Philippines is just based on guesses and very literal reading of our copyright law. The lack of mention of FoP in the Philippines, plus the lack of actual cases do not signify that people are faced with stringent copyright restrictions in terms of photography and in manners of usage (people are free to photographs such subjects here). @Judgefloro: please make your replies coherent and reasonable, and not very loooong replies. Avoid also mentioning users if the comment or input is not in any way involved in the current deletion request. As for FoP, I am upholding my neutrality now after my recent analysis on relevant parts of R.A. 8293 (which you may see at Commons talk:Copyright rules by territory/Philippines#Analysis of the current provisions relevant to works that might rely on FoP). None of the specific acts under Sec. 184.1 of Chapter VIII ("Limitations on Copyright") fit Commons' licensing policy. And I have to admit that Commons doesn't accept fair use, as fair use discourages reuse of photos (even for commercial purposes) if there's no permission from the copyright holder (for this case, the copyright holders would be the side of architects, sculptors, painters, designers, their firms, and/or their heirs). Copyright subsists in the works of architecture, 3D arts (e.g. sculptures, statues, and busts), and 2D arts (paintings, murals, maps, and even billboards) in the language of the Berne Treaty, which the Philippines joined in 1951 and whose provisions were formally incorporated in the country by virtue of the Presidential Decree 49 in 1972.
