An architecture and not an applied art. Read the sec 172.1 of ra8293 and the architecture is separate from applied art. Architecture at (g) and applied art are (h). A 1991 bldg so recent. No freedom of pano in the phils. Justification and precedence: Commons:Deletion requests/File:Greenbeltjf8.JPG.

Also notice the signage with maps-a form of artwork protected by copyright. The chapel is part of the mall complex and looks recent

How about landscaping MGA73? Under sec 172.1 (i) Illustrations, maps, plans, sketches, charts and THREE-DINENSIONAL WORKS RELATIVE TO geography, TOPOGRAPHY, architecture or science. Landscaping is part of 3D work of topography. Mrcl lxmna (talk) 06:49, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you draw a map of a landscape or if you build a 3D model of Mount Everest then I agree that it will be copyrighted. Planting 14 (?) trees is in my opinion not creating a 3D work. --MGA73 (talk) 13:33, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
