Thank you for uploading File:Anatomy_and_physiology_of_animals_A_hair-cs.jpg! Did you know that Wikimedia Commons recommends the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format for certain types of images? Scalable Vector Graphics are designed to look appropriate at any scale, and SVG images are easier to modify and translate, helping Wikimedia to distribute knowledge to all of the world. A lot of modern programs support SVG export. If you encountered problems or have questions, don't hesitate to ask me, a member of the Graphic Lab, or the Graphics village pump. However, it will be also an improvement if you can export (save) this image in PNG format without artefacts and upload. Uploading images in SVG format isn't mandatory, but it would help. (To avoid any misunderstandings, please don't just put raster images into an SVG container as embedded raster.) Thanks, and happy editing!

Hello, I.Sáček, senior!
Tip: Add categories to your files
Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Thanks again for your uploads! More information about categorization can be found in Commons:Categories, and don't hesitate to leave a note on the help desk.

Thanks for uploading File:7.díl html 63bcefb2.png. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with GFDL to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with PD-self to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.)

If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there.

Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you.

Pokyn dokonale přesné adresy neexistuje a dost mne to zatěžuje. A zcela zbytečně. I.Sáček, senior (talk) 13:25, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You are indeed required by Commons policy to provide complete and verifiable source information when uploading. Thank you for providing the full address. With that information, I was able to correct the incorrect date, authorship and PD information that you initially provided. LX (talk, contribs) 13:58, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Správné a pravdivé. I.Sáček, senior (talk) 14:06, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
--Mormegil (talk) 11:42, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Zatím děkuji a hezký den přeji I.Sáček, senior (talk) 14:52, 4 June 2013 (UTC) .[reply]

Není to botanická zahrada, je to školní zahrada - zahrada u školy, možná v minulých letech učebna pod širým nebem, možná hřiště.
I.Sáček, senior (talk) 15:22, 6 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I.Sáček, senior, please understand that this is not an appropriate category for your images. Like all "... by ..." categories, for instance

it should be used for subcategories only. Therefore please use one of the subcategories of Category:Diseases and disorders of plants by biological agent to categorize WHAT biological agent causes the diseases and disorders of the plants in your images. If you don't know the biological agent, simply use Category:Diseases and disorders of plants. Greetings, -- Ies (talk) 20:43, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Fotky z vánočních trhů

[edit]

--Bazi (talk) 01:23, 30 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Misidentification of some plant images

[edit]

Hi I.Sáček, senior, Your images above show some kind of Tragopogon species, Tragopogon pratensis s. l., in fact. The involucral bracts (the "leaves" around the flower head) are the clearest indication for the genus. Scorzonera has got several layers of rather wide involucral bracts looking a bit like tiles on a roof, whereas Tragopogon has got just a single layer of long and narrow involucral bracts. Of course, Scorzonera parviflora would have much smaller flower heads (1.5 to 2.5 cm diameter) and would not grow in a habitat like this. S. parviflora is typical for rather moist, salty meadows. Unfortunately, I cannot tell clearly from your photographs whether this is Tragopogon pratensis s. str. or Tragopogon orientalis. The latter is more likely, but it would be necessary to see the details of the stamens which are striped yellow and brown in T. orientalis, whereas T. pratensis has got stamens that are brownish at the top and yellow at the bottom. Other differences, such as color, relative length of flowers and involucral bracts and size of the flower heads are either not so clearly different or not recognizable on a photo or both. Your images also need renaming. Best regards --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 13:13, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
