Thanks for uploading File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

Source of derivative work is not properly indicated: File:Forside til Katalog.jpg
[edit]This file may be deleted. |
A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Forside til Katalog.jpg, is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such works would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a map that has been altered from the original. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.
While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. Please edit the file description and add the missing information, or the file may be deleted. If you created the original content yourself, enter this information as the source. If someone else created the content, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so. Please add the required information for this and other files you have uploaded before adding more files. If you need assistance, please ask at the help desk. Thank you! |

A photograph of someone else's photograph? (motif: the painter, her mother, some male bystanders )
[edit]See [1].
You did not take any photos around year 1930, is my view.
Perhaps you have taken photo of a print (that you either have in your possession - or not)?
Perhaps you have taken a photo, of one page in an unnamed publication?
I suggest that you write here, in Danish, what the situation is, regarding that photo.
Someone else or myself will hopefully translate your Danish, with little delay. Regards! 178.232.198.219 01:44, 5 October 2018 (UTC)

For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. This media may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading File:Den barmhjertige Samaritan 0. Elisa Maria Boglino.Olie på lærred.1927.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |

[edit]Do not upload copyright violations. Jcb (talk) 21:55, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hello JCB, I have tried to show you , that we are the direct heirs to Elisa Maria Boglino , and that we agree to do this. Its a family project, we all have some of her paintings , and we agree to do it, and I am the writer. I have written lots af mails to permission.commons, about familymatters and our names. Many other wikis, told me that I should write on the filepage, that we were the heirs and had the copyright, then it would be ok. We are three persons who have copyright together. Its a very long story ....Is there any way , you could help me with this. Could I write you, in a more private way? The other day I tried to use the Template PD-heirs, that should be a possibility for relatives to release the works of an artist?Ciopone. (talk) 19:24, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- Reuploading deleted files is not an option. You have to wait until an OTRS agent handles the ticket. If they think the permission is valid, they will take care of undeletion. Jcb (talk) 19:40, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
OK, today I actually got some photos from Elisas son about some of Elisa Maria Bolignos late paintings. Is their anyway I could possibly upload those photos in a more right way? from the beginning. Or shall I do , as I did with the other ones, and Have them deleted and wait for Commons?.Ciopone. (talk) 19:59, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- Do not upload anything for now. Wait for OTRS to respond. Jcb (talk) 20:07, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
As I told you, at the moment all three os us have the copyright, could we make som kind of paper about this, .....do you know anything about the roules about this.?Ciopone. (talk) 20:27, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- Wait for OTRS, there is nothing else you can do at this point. Jcb (talk) 20:35, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
One last question. Is there anyone, I could write an email to, and discuss this in a more private way?An administrador who has something to do with Commons? I am really sorry for all this mess, and I am sad about leaving the article without pictures?Ciopone. (talk) 20:54, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- OTRS is backlogged. Asking our attention repeatly in order to try to get priority over other waiting people is highly disruptive and only adds to the problem. Don't do it. Wait for your turn patiently. Jcb (talk) 17:07, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
Hi Jcb. Some days go I sent this mail to Commons.Dear Commons.:
As you see, all the files have been deleted. I think I might have done many things wrong, when I uploadet theese files. As I have told you I have contacted a danish organisation who takes care of artists and copyrightholders named Visda:dk, so now you can contact them for further information: i talked with them about making a sign ©Elisa Maria Boglino.Visda.dk, so this could be used for the copyright. Maybe I was wrong too, in the "Release Generator" to answer that is was only the mediafile I released and not the work? The whole thing is very difficult for me to understand. I hope you will be able to communicate with me , what should bee on the filepages. I want to use the free common license 3.0 or 4.0 , I want to use the license that makes. it the most diffucult to abuse the files. All photos were taken by my self, directly from the paintings or drawings or old familyphotos. Apart from the files in this page , there are som other ones , which also were deleted.. If you think ,it would be more easy, if i made the whole thing over again, with this new copyrightsign, please write me back, as quick as possible.....
Do you think it would be ok, when the block is lifted, to upload just one photo to the introbox , and maybe one new painting , with this new copyright sign. Now in some days every thing will be signed and documented in Visda .dk. What is the right thing to write in source , at the filepage?Ciopone. (talk) 11:55, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
Expect someone to come along and delete
[edit]You have uploaded [2].
If you alone do not own the rights to the painting, then you alone can not give away, or license away, intellectual property.
Expect someone to come along and delete "your" file (if I have understood your situation correctly). Sju hav (talk) 18:14, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
Hi Sju hav. We are three direct heirs , . We all own the copyright , and we all own some of her paintings, and some of her paintings, we own together. its a long story . I am not good at IT, and all this is very difficult for me. I have written so many mails to permission. commons about familymatters , and our names. All three of us agree to do this article. As for the lavandaia, before it was in my mothers house, when she died we gave it to my uncle. At the moment the painting is in Rome , but anyway, we still own the copyrigtht together. But I really dont understand all this mess, we are nor interested in earning money on the copyright, we agree to share her paintings with a free license. Is that wrong.?Or would it be better , with the other license 2.0? Actually I really could use a little bit of help with this. It has been so difficult. What do yuo mean about , that I expect someone to come along and delete my file.I have tried to listen to what other wikis say, and they said that I should write on the filepage , that we had the copyright.Ciopone. File source is not properly indicated: File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg
[edit]This media was probably deleted. |
A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. The file probably has been deleted. If you've got all required information, request undeletion providing this information and the link to the concerned file (
[[:File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg]] ).
If you created the content yourself, enter If someone else created the content, or if it is based on someone else's work, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Please add the required information for this and other files you have uploaded before adding more files. If you need assistance, please ask at the help desk. Thank you! |

Copyright status: File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg
[edit]Copyright status: File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg
This media may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading File:Tidligt selvportræt.jpg.
Thank you. |

Thanks for uploading File:Lavandaia. Elisa Maria Boglino. Olie på lærred.1932.jpg.
Warning: unless the permission information is given, the file may be deleted after seven days. Thank you. |

Hi. You have deleted the file : Donna e Bimbo. I have tried before to get a photo of this painting into the article about the artist Elisa Maria Boglino. Before I used a photo found on Flickr, and I have not been able to find the photografer...meanwhile the photo has dissapeared from Flickr and the internet, it was there for at least 10 years.. I have discussed this with Jcb at OTRS, he asked me to find the URL , and that has not been possible. This photo is taken by my uncle , who is the son to Elisa Maria Boglino. He, and I and my sister own the copyright together to the works af Elisa Maria Boglino, and this photo was taken by ourselves. I would have liked very much to use the photo found on Flickr, because it is better, but I have not until now been able to find the photografer/URL. I have written to Flickr about it and they cannot help me. The guys at OTRS (Arthur Crbz) who have helped me , with all the other photos in the article , knows about the copyright, papers and all that stuff. Hope you can help me get this photo into the article, I would be very thankfull. Thank youCiopone. (talk) 20:19, 29 May 2019 (UTC)

Hej
[edit]Hej!
Vh.

Speedy delete vs Rename
[edit]Please, make up your mind: either you request to delete the file or to rename it. You can't use both of these requests at the same time! Good luck :) Wieralee (talk) 13:18, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
