Removed photo file

Greetings, I am fairly new to Wikipedia and uploaded a photo I took of a notable person and it was deleted from Commons because "no permission or source provided." Can you kindly advise how to provide a permission or source? I appreciate your help! It was for Shoshana R. Ungerleider on Wikipedia. I am the original uploader. I'm also the original creator of that book. This is a PDF version of my book whose text is hosted on Wikibooks. I fixed a graphic glitch on this file, nothing that requires a step forward from version 1.2 to version 1.3. Unfortunately I can't do these things by myself because this PDF's size is greater than 100MB so I can't use the "upload a new version of this file" function, because the new Wizard can't handle file replacing. Hi Fitindia, I am a local research for Mro people, most of photos and ancient status, I uploaded in Mro Wikipedia page in both English and Myanmar. Currently, I am trying to do more research about Mro people for those whose lives in Chin and Rakhin state, we do not need to be removed or deleted any our Mro people photos because it is so hard to find costume because civilization. --Yomeo (talk) 13:48, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I had worked on this article with the Weiner Holocaust Library's Chief librarian, Barbara Warnock, and she actually sent me the two photos for inclusion on the posting and I have her email to prove the fact! Could yu check an OTRS ticket

I checked with the original OTRS volunteer, but he's not active there anymore. The situation is that User:Adrignola (the OTRS guy) in this edit, changed the source from Ghislaine Maxwell to I. Maxwell, presumably based on the OTRS ticket https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Ghislaine_Maxwell.jpg&diff=next&oldid=57480867 . As you likely know, G. Maxwell is under arrest, denied bail, and facing a potentially very long sentence. The source has likely taken on a new meaning. Could you check to see whether the source is recorded correctly? "I" might mean a couple of different things, e.g one of two different relatives, or possibly "I" as in "me". In the current circumstances it is especially important that we are accurate and treat our contributors and photo subjects with dignity. Along that line, I removed some recent edits that say "Peado" which is likely an insult. Any help appreciated.

But in my views since last 2 months I'm very much aware of the policy and I'm following it properly. I humbly request you to have a look at my contribution and edits and two files has been tagged for deletion Talk page. @C1K98V: I can see some have been deleted copyvio and I think this looks out of COM:SCOPE. You have a large amount of contributions and at this point am sorry but I don't have the time to look at them, but I think you should hold on to uploading stuff that you are not sure of and maybe ask for help at Commons:Village pump/Copyright. Hello once again @Fitindia: , I guess I'm unable to convey properly, what I wanted to say. I meant that I have got a last warning. I know I have a large number of uploaded files and 100+deleted copyright files in a short span of times. Which I'm sorry. I respect your hardwork. Now I'm aware of the policy and abiding it. And after rechecking of files which are suitable for Commons I'm uploading it to Commons since last two months. I can give you the surety, you can pick up any of random uploaded files and have a look. Not all, just a fews. I assume and assure you and the community that their will be no fault in those files.
