Primii paşi Tutorialul primilor paşi şi întrebările frecvente vă pot ajuta. Vi se explică modalitatea prin care puteţi personaliza interfaţa (de exemplu pentru limba de afişare), cum să încărcaţi un fişier, fără a uita însă de licenţele de utilizare. Competenţele tehnice nu sunt indispensabile. Fiţi curajos şi asumaţi bune intenţii din partea celorlalţi utilizatori. Aceasta este o wiki - nimic extraordinar de complicat. Cum să obţii ajutor Mai multe informaţii sunt disponiile la portalul comunităţii. Puteţi pune întrebări la Cafenea, sau pe IRC, pe canalul #wikimedia-commons. Puteţi de asemenea contacta un administrator pe pagina sa de discuţii.		Unelte şi sfaturi Puteţi adăuga formate Babel în pagina dumneavoastră personală pentru ca ceilalţi utilizatori să ştie ce limbi vorbiţi. Toate informaţiile despre fişierele încărcate de dumneavoastră se găsesc aici. Vă rugăm să semnaţi mesajele din paginile de discuţii prin tastarea ~~~~ Utilizaţi unealta CommonSense pentru a găsi categoria potrivită pentru fişierele dumneavoastră. Pentru a crea o legătură către un fişier, tastaţi : [[:Image:Foo.jpg]], ceea ce dă : Image:Foo.jpg Dacă doriţi să importaţi fişiere dintr-un alt proiect, utilizaţi unealta specializată. În cazul în care aţi făcut o eroare: Doriţi să redenumiţi un fişier? Încărcaţi noul fişier şi adăugaţi în vechiul formatul: {{bad name|NOUL NUME CORECT}} Pentru mai multe informaţi citiţi regulile de ştergere

В отношении медиафайлов Pribylyov, Butcevich, Gartman. Я занимаюсь русской историей. Фото этих персон сделаны в середине и конце XIX века. В основном - это русские революционеры, члены партии "Народная воля", которая существовала в 1866-1883 году в России. В интернет эти фото попали из научной и исторической литературы, даже из советских учебников. А в научную и учебную литературу предоставлены из государственных архивов СССР в 20-30-ые годы. Фото используется для иллюстрации биографических статей этих персон в Википедии. Получить какие-то разрешения непонятно у кого, естественно, невозможно. Шаблоны, которые я поставил Вас не удовлетворяют. Предложите свой вариант. Буду очень признателен. Медиафайл Rabinovich представляет собой фото сделано в 1923 году в России и опубликовано в самиздате без даты, Рабинович - деятель сионизма в России и правозащитник. Был репрессирован в 20-х гг. Лицензировать фото невозможно. Нужно просто подобрать шаблон который бы устроил. С уважением Repin (talk) 18:51, 27 July 2012 (UTC).

Hi Fran. First of all, you should read COM:SCOPE. To sum up, Commons is a collection of free photos. This means we don't have copyrighted images (or under Fair use). I saw you have uploaded a lot of copyrighted images, and they were deleted. You should only upload images that are made by you or images made by someone else for which you have the permission to use them. If you use the Upload Wizard, it will guide you through the uploading process and tell you what can and what cannot be accepted here.  Daniel  Message  08:43, 6 August 2012 (UTC)

Misunderstanding in QIC page?

Hi Firilacroco,

I'm not sure I understand well your comment when you say :I've noticed your attitude by calling your French reinforcements. Is it an accusation of canvassing or something like that? If yes, you surely will understand that obviously such an unproved accusation is unacceptable and cannot remain without a strong answer.

But I'm sure my understanding is wrong, and I assume your good faith, of course.

you'll surely vanish this misunderstanding.

Furthermore, I'm not nationalist, and it happens frequently that a lot of users from many countries support my pictures... And it happens that French reinforcements decline my pictures too. So do I, I'm only interested by pictures.

I have no community, and especially no national community in "Commons", even if I have contacts with some french speaking users, because of use of the same language (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg or Québec for instance).

I'm here in QIC page since a long time enough, I'm not a kid, I'm not stupid, and be sure that in case of need (what kind of need, btw?), I could ask for supports of friends from all around the world, excluding France.

Moreover, you are free to dislike, or to decline my candidacies because of your opinion or taste, but you cannot say they are not Quality Images.

Humility and expression of doubts in statements are a good first step, in my opinion.
