Hello, and thank your for sharing your files with Commons. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. Please remember that all uploads require source, author and license information. Could you please resolve these problems, which are described on the page linked in above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. Thank you. Siebrand 09:15, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

IPF
[edit]Hi,
That is quite the CT.[1] I hope by 'self-made' you don't mean that it is yours. Do you know if the image is biopsy proven IPF? I'm not so sure it is consistent with IPF 'cause I can't see the lower sections. IPF is classically in the lower lung fields. Also, I don't see any obvious traction bronchiectasis... would be great if we had lower segment slices. ;-) Nephron T|C 01:12, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
File:Hepatic lobule.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Dear Drriad, I admire your illustration on types of choledochal cyst. I hope to include it in our text on pediatric surgery. I will provide proper attribution. May we please use the illustration? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Choledochal_cysts.svg Warm regards, Chris Villac (talk) 07:07, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
