[edit]As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.

Revent,
I was instructed by user Barek to upload the file you deleted, because the file name had to match the corresponding Wikipedia page "The World Tomorrow (radio and television)". Thus, you deleted the wrong file, with the correct matching .jpg name, without prior discussion. ---- dollyparton7 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dollyparton7 (talk • contribs) 21:08, 29 November 2016 (UTC)
- Just as a future note, when wanting to change the name of a file, you should not upload a duplicate copy, but instead request that the existing one be moved per COM:Rename. Reventtalk 22:14, 1 December 2016 (UTC)

- My mistake, this is a different image under the same filename. I've put it back. Sorry. Reventtalk 21:18, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
@Revent
Why are there 4 years worth of objections to all uploads of a simple show title card at The World Tomorrow (radio and television) Wikipedia article? We simply cannot understand why, for example title cards exist for almost all other half hour sitcoms, or any other television program, on all other Wikipedia articles, yet one can not be inserted into this article. Thank you for your time, assistance and understanding. ----dollyparton7 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dollyparton7 (talk • contribs) 21:45, 01 December 2016 (UTC)
- I can't really answer that, specifically, as I do not know the history, but most such title cards are not uploaded to Commons as 'freely licensed content', but instead uploaded directly to English Wikipedia under a 'fair use' claim. Reventtalk 22:13, 1 December 2016 (UTC)

Talk page usage
[edit]Please read COM:TALK. When adding a message to a talk page, you should add it to the bottom of the thread, and indent it for readability. Also, please 'sign' your talk page messages by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end... they will be converted automatically by the software into a signature and timestamp. Thanks.
