1. Ownership
Biosphere GPS was incorporated November 22, 2018 by Jordan Ahee, its founder and CEO. Jordan Ahee currently owns 100 percent of its shares and controls 100 percent of shareholder voting power[5].
2. Origin of company name
A biosphere is the sum of all ecosystems on a planet. All life on earth lives inside this planet’s biosphere. A global positioning system (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system that provides geolocation and time information to GPS receivers anywhere on earth. The name ‘Biosphere GPS’ is therefore a combination of these two concepts, which expresses the company’s larger goal to be mapping service that focuses on the geography of all organisms on earth[5].
3. Mapping products
