A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or send an email with copy of a written permission to OTRS (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org).

Cartes VAC

Bonjour.

Je me permets de m'adresser à vous en français, dans la mesure où c'est la langue que vous utilisez dans les pages de description des images que vous avez importées.

Je vous informe que j'ai demandé la suppression immédiate de trois images que vous avez importées, pour violation du droit d'auteur : Carte vac lfmt approche.jpg, Carte vac lfmt atterrissage.jpg et Carte vac lfmt consignes.jpg. En effet, vous avez utilisé le bandeau de licence {{Attribution}}, qui dit que « le détenteur du copyright de ce fichier, SIA, autorise n'importe qui à utiliser [les images] pour n'importe quelle utilisation, pourvu que le détenteur du copyright soit correctement attribué. La redistribution, les travaux dérivés, l'utilisation commerciale et toutes les autres utilisations sont autorisées. ». Or, comme je l'explique dans ma demande de suppression immédiate, il n'y a aucune preuve de cela. En vérité, jusqu'à preuve du contraire, c'est même plutôt faux, car la page VAC de leur site n'indique rien d'autre que « © SIA. Tous droits réservés. All rights reserved. ». Il est très peu probable que le SIA autorise la réutilisation libre de ses travaux. Hr. Satz 11:46, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

J'ajoute Trois-vues ATL2.jpg et 3 vues N262.png qui viennent de toute évidence d'un livre, dont vous n'avez pas prouvé que l'auteur donnait sa permission pour une distribution dans le domaine public. Hr. Satz 11:55, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
