@Taivo: Additional respond to the user, I also want to say the Fake Deletion Tagging of that user did not prove anything. Copyright were rules followed / No Evidence or No Legal Notice

No Evidence of the Originals images (you claim) before my pictures was uploaded. You created those stretched version few days after the my picture was uploaded. (Why Admins did not look at that part)
Did Lawyers contact you to force you to make a speedy deletion action(without allowing user to appeal and collect data)?

None of those met, i do not want go through this ridiculous process again, were users can easily tag for speedy deletion without allowing users to easily appeal to prepare for details . Its overall timing issue in that tagger view. There no copyright issue of any those pictures. I do have hundreds restored files (secured) and will re-upload different one in the future. @BusriderSF2015: , we do not contact lawyers, because administrators are lawyers themselves. Copyright violations can be deleted speedily, if needed. Possible deletion reason

Hello, I've noticed you responded to my earlier deletion request. I'd like to have your opinion on a possible reason for deletion: In https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Spruceglen_(ship,_1983) there is some 100 images of one ship taking a turn on the sea (e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Freighter_Spruceglen_employs_her_bow_thrusters_to_turn_counterclockwise_to_leave_Toronto%27s_harbour,_to_exit_through_the_Eastern_Gap,_2015_08_17_(53).JPG_-_panoramio.jpg), with negligible differences between each other. There is nothing wrong with any single image, but in my view such a high number is meaningless. I've seen numerous cases similar to this... JiriMatejicek (talk) 12:27, 13 April 2018 (UTC)

I believe I uploaded before 2010 (which would make it older than the publicity campain that supposedly has a copyright on the current images), and should thus not have been removed. It was uploaded at 05:16, 4 February 2006. The art had no artist's name and no creation time. The art looks old, but not enough old to assume public domain without evidence. If you say, that the work is anonymous – how do you know, that it is anonymous? Taivo (talk) 19:06, 24 April 2018 (UTC)

Sorry, I didn't mean it is anonymous, but that it was not part of the 2010 campaign from an ad company that was claiming copyright after which a bunch of similar, but newer, images where deleted (see the deletion discussion).

Considering that the reason of deletion is not valid, do you think it would make sense to restore the image? Perhaps reopen the deletion conversation? Even the original requester for deletion agrees with this. I think the image has a lot of value, as it represents the stations almost 100 years ago, and there are no reasons to believe it is under any copyright. I hope we can have it back. Dear Taivo and Spinningspark; Lets analyze carefully the story and suppositions raised by Spinning Spark. I have already provided many evidences including names of people who provided photos for the article on Zener Prize. In contrast, Spinning Spark did not provide any evidence. I should emphasize that a complete list of names, e-mails and documentation is available for your analysis. Photos were resized to a small format by purpose, i.e. to show clearly the face and make photos more suitable for wikipedia. As clearly stated in my previous letter all photos were provided by laureates or colleagues/family of laureates. These photos are perfectly legal and licence free. Hereby, I declare that I am the right person responsible for all uploaded photos and any legal procedure. Hence, if you have any critical comments or questions you are welcome to ask questions. I would be happy to provide all details. I am frustrated that our unique photo of Clarence Zener was also deleted. This photo was provided by Professor A.Riviere from France. He decided to make this photo available to everybody. This is the ONLY ONE licence-free photo of Clarence Melvin Zener in internet. I am ready to provide e-mail address of Professor Riviere for fast verification.

Professor Cantelli explained one fine missing detail mentioned in my e-mail this morning: 'Concerning the photo of Koester, I wrote to my old colleagues Hael Mughrabi and Essman, but I did not get any answer ... I wil try again late tomorrow with a much younger colleague and try to sort out info about Koester Award". As already explained negotiations with distinguished (very old) professors from Max-Planck Institute in Stuttgart, Germany are in progress (To avoid any inconsistences please note that this Institute was also renamed few years ago. The ICIFUAS Prize was renamed into the Zener Prize in September 1993).

It can be concluded that 39 original ASA links are not faked references. The link for Mason is also not a faked link. It is not clear why you suggested that this particular link is dead? and not recoverable. As an author of the new article on W.P. Mason you should know all details. I hope that the issue of Mason's photo may be solved with old colleagues of Professor Arthur Nowick. Masons photo was not provided by Mason's family; to my knowledge this photo must have been used during many lectures). You may try to approach Mason's family in the US. Dear Taivo, would you be so kind to send this message to Spinning Spark? I would also appreciate to your decision concerning our photo-gallery. In the case of problems let me know what kind of documentation is required to provide complementary evidences.

The archive that the image came from says "Some of the images, text and other content (collectively, the "Content") is protected by copyright law. In some cases, the copyright is owned by other parties, and Harvard is making the Content available to you under license or under the fair use doctrine". It seems obvious to me that the Flickr feed does not account for copyright status. Some robots make imports into Commons of a lot of non-free photos of recent buildings in France (from Flickr or from Panoramio...) which are not allowed (noFoP in France). It is always a pity but that is the rule and we have to request deletion of these imports made by bots without any discernment.

@Suik 2000: , complex logos can be in Commons only with OTRS-permission from company representative. If the company does not give permission, then its logos cannot be in Commons, because this is considered copyright violation. That case the article must be written without logo. Some projects, for example English-language wikipedia, allow uploading copyright-protected content as fair use, but this is not allowed in Spanish-language wikipedia. Fortunately Mexico has freedom of panorama and you can use photos about copyright-protected content, for example file:Logoinstalaciones.jpg.

Glad to. The categories whose names start with "Categories of" are rarely if ever metacats. The "by" in metacat names is a short way of saying "grouped by". Take the category Category:Turkey by year for example (not categories of Turkey, just Turkey). This is a metacat because it takes the topic of Turkey and has a category for each year: in other words, it is content about Turkey grouped by year. Category:Categories of Turkey by year isn't a metacat because it doesn't do that. If it did do that, it would have subcategories with content about categories of Turkey (not about Turkey itself); those subcategories would be grouped by year, and have names like "Categories of Turkey for 1950". As far as I know, we don't have any groupings like that. If that's not clear, let me know and I'll try to explain further. --Auntof6 (talk) 09:25, 31 May 2018 (UTC)

By principle, such user categories are allowed. But Paolo has uploaded only 2 photos and he is not active for 4 years, so this category is actually not needed. Such user categories are for those people, who have uploaded hundreds or at least tens of photos. In addition, such user categories should be hidden, using {{hidden}}. Flag of Serbia

Hi. I have a favor to ask. This flag has been converted from a cdr with a low drawing precision and because of it there are jugged lines everywhere (mostly on the crown), also some rgb colors are wrong. Not done. Unfortunately I do not know much about flags. I am not sure, that we can trust mediafire site. Usually official government sites are used as source. Both are the same, but the current ones lines are bad. I have already asked someone, and he said the same :( It's just a simple upload. Other people, for example me, do not believe your own work, because the files are small and they have usually no EXIF data. If EXIF exists, then mostly different. These logos Commons:Deletion requests/Files of NestorAreGa, What do you want to delete, are not protected by copyright, in fact the 'Federal Copyright Law' (United Mexican States), Article 14, subparagraph VII textually says: the shields are not eligible to be under the protection of the federal law. In any case, it eliminates all the logos of the political parties in UMS.

I am accustomed to see you in DRs, deleting images of people for "OoS" with the rationale "Her/his name is not mentioned in English WP, in Estonian WP" etc. I wish and hope to see you opening DRs for at least 100 (a hundred) young women in the 75 subcats (one from each? :) and many individual files of these actresses that no-one knows who they are. Of course those who do not have WP articles and are not mentioned in other articles... (For instance Porn in Italy. :) Thanks for all your efforts here, boss, I see you as a colleague with whom I can share some of my worries about Commons. Thanks for being there. Each of the photos must be separately judged. For example, despite being in category "unidentified", quite a lot of people are actually identified here. In addition, some of the photos are used in articles. Some have general educational value, because they show setting of adult industry events. But definitely some photos here are out of scope. 「File:折居社・由来の説明看板.jpg|thumb|折居社跡・由来の説明看板」に関して削除されたのを見ましたが、3度にわたる削除をされたために説明を要求します。

1回目・2回目は「姥神大神宮」側からの許諾を得ていないという理由で削除されていましたが、そのため、3度目の掲載に際して、姥神大神宮の関係者から許諾を得た上で書面を3通交わし、僕・姥神大神宮が各自所有の上で3通目をPDF化した物をWikipediaコモンズにメール添付送付し、ちゃんと許諾を得たものである事を証明した上で掲載した物です。それであるにもかかわらず、3度目の削除をされてしまったために、理由が全く分からず、かつ憤りを感じております。

貴方は僕が投稿した画像に関する情報の何を見て今回の削除を行ったのでしょうか？また、削除に関して事情の説明が一切なされていない（前回2回はメールでの事前説明があった）事も納得出来ません。
