I am a bot created for the limited purpose of uploading and appropriately tagging public domain images from the USDA's Pomological Watercolor Collection. My owner is User:ParkerHiggins. I will be run mostly automatically, and more or less continuously from the time I get switched on until I've finished my task. My maximum edit rate will be capped by the speed at which I can upload high-resolution images.
