Boa Tarde Erick, como falei em mais de uma ocasião, considerado você como um "expert" no Commons, não é atoa que na época olímpica nós nos "aliamos" para carregar o máximo possível de imagens retiradas da Rede do Esporte. Estou adicionando essa discussão para tirar duas dúvidas. como você deve bem saber, todos ou maioria dos sites de Assembleias Legislativas não cobram, ou pelo menos não deixam claro, os direitos autorias nas imagens que são expostas ali, mas à um caso um pouco mais complicado, [1] nesse site está exposta uma imagem que foi retirada do site da ALEPE, inclusive, até o autor da fotografia é crediado, mas se você notar no fim da página à um aviso que mostra que o site tem "Todos os Direitos Reservados". Após notar isso, fui atrás do link da postagem da ALEPE onde havia a determinada imagem, cheguei até à utilizar a ferramenta do Google, de pesquisar por imagem, mas não consegui achar o link da ALEPE. Agora eu te pergunto Erick, devo anexar o link acima como lugar onde retirei a imagem, mas preencher a aba "autor" incluindo o nome da ALEPE? Erick, você poderia me informar como faço à criação dos modelos que são incluídos nas licenças, abaixo da imagem, como este [2]? Notei que alguns site de partidos políticos brasileiros autorizam a distribuição dos arquivos ali disponibizados, que são o PSOL [3] e PCB [4], então acho que seria interessante ter um template que avisasse que esses dois partido liberam à reprodução de seus arquivos, como este aqui abaixo

@Luiz79: , olá! Quanto a ALEPE, a princípio eu diria para deixar de lado: por não ter nada no estilo "Todo o conteúdo pode ser livremente reproduzido, desde que citados autor e fonte." (aqui) ou "...liberado o uso de textos e imagens de autoria da Rede Brasil Atual sem prévia autorização.É permitida a reprodução, integral ou parcial do conteúdo (áudios, imagens e textos), desde que citados o nome do autor e da Rede Brasil Atual." (aqui) ou qualquer licença Creative Commons que a Wikimedia permita em alguma "Política de Privacidade" do site (pelo menos, eu não consegui encontrar), fica impossível provar que a imagem tenha um uso livre que o Commons aceite (sem uma prova específica, a foto será apagada). Então nesse caso, não vejo nada o que se possa fazer além de entrar em contato diretamente com a ALEPE questionando sobre o uso das imagens e possível utilização no Commons.
Quanto aos dois partidos políticos: a princípio é possível fazer o que fiz aqui - o do PCB fica "complicado" pois eles não especificaram uma licença Creative Commons, mas indicam um uso que a Wikimedia permite. Quanto a criação de um Template específico: é possível, mas não possuo o conhecimento técnico, então o melhor seria levar a questão em Commons:Village pump ou Commons:Esplanada.

This image that you uploaded on September 26 seems from the same date, not from September 21. Could confirm or correct this info in the description and rename it if it is in fact a photo of Ian on the 26th?

@Pierre cb: It is indeed dated from Sep. 21, but I think that I messed up because in the last few days also happened the Hurricane Fiona - it may be this one. The difficulty with the INPE website is that you have to guess if you are looking the right event (they only give what is in the description). Erick Soares3 (talk) 13:45, 26 September 2022 (UTC)

Erick, você poderia me explicar como funciona esse sistema? Poderia dar um paço a paço, sobre ele? Em qual local eu anexo o link das imagens, licença e etc, já que tudo é em inglês e é muito incompreensível, mesmo usando tradutor. Luiz79 (talk) 22:12, 9 November 2022 (UTC)

@Luiz79: olá! Infelizmente não posso ajudar, pois nunca usei essa plataforma (só envio material do Flickr pelo upload comum do Commons) e quando tento autorizar o acesso do Mediawiki, por algum motivo não reconhece minha senha. Erick Soares3 (talk) 15:41, 10 November 2022 (UTC)

Os únicos que eu achei foram esse e esse. Fiquei surpreso pela Rede do Esporte não estar cobrindo a Copa do Mundo, também fiquei supreso, por conta do site de apostas socce.ru ter tirado à categoria de fotos. Se você poder me ajudar à carregar as imagens desses sites, agradeceria muito, pós são inúmeras imagens Luiz79 (talk) 11:37, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
