The result of using the first tag was literally this:
- cellspacing="8" cellpadding="0" style="width:100%; clear:both; text-align:center; margin:0.5em auto; background-color:#f9f9f9; border:2px solid #e0e0e0; direction: ltr;" class="layouttemplate licensetpl"
I've since removed the __CC-Layout__ tag from the file, but I am sure many other files might also erroneously use this tag and be no better, if the template's current state was not intended to be what it is. -Mardus (talk) 03:24, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
