If you decide to hold Wiki Loves Folklore in your country or a more locale place, you need to complete the required steps:
Have or create clear recommendations for photos. – Define what aspects photographers should focus on.
Have a working organization team, and name the responsible contact, e.g. by a list of helping users.
Create the landing page on Commons for your local event (Commons:Wiki Loves Folklore/..), and translate the various templates and pages (see Commons:Wiki Loves Folklore 2021/Translations). The category for your country will be created and implemented by Benipal hardarshan.
For onsite events, set up dashboard prior to the event.
In the upload wizard, participants will be asked to indicate the country of where the photo has been taken. hardarshan can provide you a special upload link for your country so participants do not have to add it.
