English: Robert (Bob) W. Hines (1912-1994), was an American wildlife artist who had a long career with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). All of his work for USFWS publications appears to have been done as part of his official duties as an artist for that agency, and is therefore public domain.
