Deutsch: Leirhnjúkur ist ein aktiver Vulkan in Island. Der Palagonitrücken befindet sich im Nordosten des Landes beim See Mývatn und ist Teil des Vulkansystems der Krafla. Der Berg, der auf einer vulkanischen Spalte sitzt, ist 592 m hoch und gehört zur Caldera der Krafla.
English: Leirhnjúkur is an active volcano, a hyaloclastic ridge, within the caldera of Krafla in the north of Iceland.
Français : Le Leirhnjúkur est un volcan actif situé au nord-est du lac Mývatn dans le système volcanique de Krafla, en Islande. Le champ hydrothermal comporte des fumerolles et des mares de boue.
