English: Frederika Louisa of Hesse-Darmstadt (October 16, 1751 – February 25, 1805) was Queen consort as the second wife of Frederick William II of Prussia.They were married July 14, 1769, immediately after his divorce from Elizabeth Christine of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. Although the king was frankly adulterous and had various mistresses, they had the following children:

- Prince Louis Charles of Prussia (first husband of Friederike von Mecklenburg-Strelitz)
- Wilhelmina of Prussia, wife of William of Orange, afterwards King William I of the Netherlands.
