Description
English: A part of the wooden roof of the mosque of Sidi Bel Hassen, built in 1296 by the Zayyanid dynasty.
  • The roof of the mosque was restored during the French colonial period by a craftsman from the city of Tlemcen, from the village of El Eubbad, after a fire had ravaged the building. This craftsman also undertook the restoration of the wooden roof of the mosque of Sidi El Halaoui in Tlemcen, practically at the same time.
Français : Une partie du toit en bois de la mosquée de Sidi Bel Hassen, construite en 1296 par la dynastie zianide.
  • Le toit de la mosquée a été restauré pendant la période coloniale française par un artisan originaire de la ville de Tlemcen, du village d'El Eubbad, après qu'un incendie eut ravagé l'édifice. Cet artisan a également entrepris la restauration du toit en bois de la mosquée de Sidi El Halaoui à Tlemcen, pratiquement à la même époque.
