Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A blacked out and graffiti covered station sign along the westbound platform of Pennsylvania Avenue Subway Station on the IRT New Lots Line. I'm not sure if it had the Helvetica lettering before it was blacked out or whether it had whatever lettering the IRT, BMT, and IND used before the mid-1960's. There's also an overhanging sign for what appears to be the 9- and 10-car train stop point.
