Description
English: Nuclear pore complex positioning is dependent on NUP-1 expression. TbNup98-GFP (white) was used as a marker of the nuclear pore complex. In NUP-1 RNAi cells, the nuclear pore complexes cluster in distinct regions of the nuclear periphery. Shown are serial confocal images along the z-axis. DAPI is used to visualize DNA (blue).
