Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of mouse oocytes injected with a cRNA encoding YFP-TPX2, expressed at low levels. Up is the transmitted light and bottom corresponds to the YFP signal. Images were taken every 15 minutes. Times after GVBD are indicated in the lower left corner.
